PVD Decorative Coating
Six decorative PVD coating services on stainless steel, applied at our workshop in Peenya, Bengaluru. Each finish is bonded in a vacuum chamber, not plated or painted, so the colour does not lift, flake or tarnish.
Our Gold PVD coating delivers the rich, aspirational look of real 24K gold with exceptional durability. It gives a highly corrosion and wear resistant surface, far superior to traditional electroplating.
Best used for
Wall partitions, jewellery, railings and high end interior accents.
Subdued luxury. Champagne Gold is a pale, sophisticated metallic that sits between silver and traditional yellow gold, and offers a refined alternative to brighter gold tones.
Best used for
Architectural hardware, premium electronics, hotel trim and minimalist designer lighting.
Often called Gunmetal or Onyx. A deep, rich layer running from dark charcoal through to pure black, giving a product an immediate premium, high technology upgrade.
Best used for
Automotive trim, sporting goods, modern kitchen and bath hardware, consumer electronics.
A blend of luxury and warmth. Our Rose Gold offers a delicate, contemporary pink gold that brings an elegant, high fashion touch to a product.
Best used for
Luxury plumbing fixtures, jewellery, smartwatches, interior accents and cosmetic packaging.
Our Brass PVD coating replicates the deeply rich, golden brown warmth of solid brass, and completely eliminates that material biggest weakness, which is tarnishing.
Best used for
Traditional and transitional home hardware, musical instrument components, vintage inspired decor.
Also known as Neo Chrome. Precise multi layer interference creates an iridescent colour shift, moving through purple, blue, green and pink as light travels across the surface. No two angles look the same.
Best used for
Statement pieces, automotive exhaust tips, custom components and artistic lifestyle products.
The process is the same whether you send one sample or a batch of two hundred. What changes is how long the chamber runs.
The part is degreased and cleaned. Nothing bonds through oil, fingerprints or polishing compound, so most coating failures elsewhere start here rather than in the chamber.
Parts are mounted on the carousel so every face sees the vapour. How a piece is jigged decides whether the colour comes out even across the whole surface.
Air is pumped out and the chamber is brought to vacuum. A solid metal target is vaporised and driven onto the steel, building a layer a few microns thick.
Every batch is checked for colour consistency against the reference before it leaves. Rejects go back through rather than out to the client.
Partitions and screens, railings and balustrades, furniture frames, wall panelling and hardware.
Stainless steel is what PVD bonds to best, and it is what we coat day to day. Other substrates behave differently and we would rather tell you honestly at the enquiry stage than take the job and disappoint you.
Not meaningfully. The layer is a few microns thick, so threads still turn and parts still fit. This is one of the practical reasons specifiers choose PVD over powder coating on machined components.
Yes. The finish follows the surface underneath, so a mirror polished part comes out mirror and a brushed part comes out brushed. If you want matt gold, send the part matt.
Send us the sample. Matching against a physical reference is reliable, matching against a photograph or a screen is not, because both lie about metallics.
Send us the part and the look you are after. We will prepare a sample on your own material before you commit to a batch.
